Watchers

Let the premiere weight loss program in America help you reach your New
Year’s weight loss goals. Cost for this 12-week series is $144. Weight
Watchers requires a minimum of 15 participants to conduct the program.

Need help getting started with a workout program? Then this program is just
for you! In this class you will be oriented to the exercise equipment in the
Fitness Center, taught proper exercise techniques and have an exercise
program designed for you. This class is perfect for beginners! Please call

Bearing
Fruit
February 5th- April 1st
This eight-week nutrition program is designed to help you increase your

MyPyramid.Gov
February 19th-April 15th
This eight-week nutrition program is designed to help you follow the
nutrition recommendations of the Food Guide Pyramid. Brochure coming soon on

Tiger Trot
March 5th –April 29th
Tiger Trot is an eight-week cardiovascular exercise program that you can do
on your own or with a friend. Walking, biking, jogging, Stairmaster, etc.
can be used to successfully complete the program. Brochure coming soon on

Self Defense Class for Women
April 17th (Tuesday)
5:05pm-7:05pm Fitness Center- Court 1
Join us for this on-site “hands-on” self defense clinic for women. This
class will include: Safety Awareness, Self Defense, Pressure Points and Rape
Prevention.

Exercise Classes
Cardio Sculpt
January 22nd –May 2nd (Mondays & Wednesdays)
5:30pm-6:30pm Fitness Center- Court 1
Tone your entire body with Cardio Sculpt! This class will improve your
cardiovascular fitness as well as tone all muscle groups. Resistance equipment
will be used.
Aerobics
January 23nd –May 3rd (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
5:00pm-6:00pm Fitness Center- Court 1
A variety a aerobic styles will be used- step, kickbox, resistance, etc.
This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as tone all
muscle groups.
Yoga
January 22nd –May 2nd (Mondays & Wednesdays)
3:30pm-4:30pm Fitness Center, Bisese Lounge
Power Yoga: Core Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind
with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention. Mats will be provided.
Bring water and a towel.
