Johnnie Johnson (Senior Associate Director of Admissions)

Photo: Johnnie JohnsonJohnnie is originally from Chicago, IL. He graduated from college with a double major in Economics & Business and Sociology in 1997 and immediately jumped into the Admissions field. Johnnie is beginning his 11th year in Admissions.

“I really enjoy helping students and their families through the admissions process. Choosing a college is one of the first major decisions a student has to make and it doesn’t have to be a painful process. Being a part of the decision, helping students explore different options and ultimately welcoming new students to campus each spring and fall are true personal joys I get to experience!”

Johnnie’s interests include professional and college football and basketball, hanging out with friends, listening to and playing music and spending time with his dog, Sydney.

As Senior Associate Director of Admissions, Johnnie specifically works with students from Scott County, but helps in all facets of the Admissions Office.
